Rental Info - Fees
- NonProfit Organizations - Includes school sponsored organizations/clubs and churches etc...
- Weekdays (Monday - Thursday)
Deposit - $150
Rental Fee - $25-50/hour or $150/day
Weekends (Friday - Sunday)
Deposit - $200
Rental Fee - $40-50/hour or $200/day
* Note: Paid rental time must include the time for set-up and
cleanup of the hall.
* There is a $50.00 minimum charge to rent the hall.

Deposit - $175
Rental Fee - $40-50/hour or $350/day
Weekends (Friday - Sunday)
Deposit - $250
Rental Fee - $50-75/hour or $500/day
- Extras
- Trash Bag Disposal - We'll dispose of 2 as part of your rental.
Additional bags are $2 each.
Cloth Table Linens -$3.00 each
Cloth napkins - $0.25 each with a Minimum of $5.00
Large Coffee Pot - $10.00 flat rate
(coffe and supplies not included)
PA System - $10.00 flat rate

** Deposit may be waived at Rendezvous discretion.
*** Set-up, Teardown and cleanup time MUST be included in the hours/days you are wanting to rent.
Any additional time needed for setup/cleanup that is outside your rented hours will be charged at the
going hourly rate.
